So before I shared a sunrise – today the lawnmower finally arrived after 2 weeks – its rained it seems like every day so the grass was nearly a foot tall so tonight I finally got to cut it – I think maybe I got 3 acres done in about two hours. Run – July 18

I gotta stop running at lunch until October. I have the legs but the heat and humidity are killing me. A good average HRM pace for me is about 170-174 but in the middle of the day it starts hitting 190 and I end up having to walk it back down.
